QCin stands out for its varied experience, know-how and reliability. Our experience in quality assurance, inspection and quality control, and vendor identification, together with quick support allows us to meet customer needs and expectations in a manner that will guarantee complete satisfaction. A few of QCin’s previous projects in China related to project management and shifting production from the West to China include:
Cables (vendors identifying) One of our clients, a trading firm, ordered the vendor identification service in China to look for a specific cable with special pins that complied with its target price. With a deadline of five working days, QCin returned after three working days with four proposals. Each proposal included detailed data sheets and was below the target price.
Mechanical parts (Shifting the production from West world to China) One of our clients, a military weapons supplier, ordered through our subsidiary company in China a full project management service including the management, coordination and implementation of inspection parts during the production of 1,800 types of mechanical parts. The project lasted seven months. QCin appointed a coordination engineer to perform administrative support and maintain direct communication between QCin and the client. These services included the coordination of travel, schedules, and other functions related to the quality assurance, inspection and quality control services. In addition, QCin established a quick report method to expedite the process. The first shipment occurred less then one month after the project began.

HDPE bags (vendors identifying) One of our clients, a trading firm, ordered the vendor identification service in China, to identify a manufacturer for HDPE/LDPE bags with a special thickness (less then 5 microns) that complied with its target price. The project also included completing quality inspections. First samples arrived after 15 working days and QCin then appointed an inspector to perform inspection and reporting. The client recently increased the quantity ordered.

Electronic assembly (Shifting the production from West world to China) One of our clients, a telecommunications firm, ordered through our subsidiary company in China a full project management service, including the project management of electronic systems in China. The project requires the coordination and implementation of parts inspections during production. QCin defined an applicable production file with root-card and inspection specs. QCin then appointed an inspector to perform inspection and reporting. The project lasted three months.
