Mr. S. Shapira – Founder and Partner                                    

Mr. Shapira is a specialist in quality consulting with over 20 years working on quality assurance, inspection, quality control and organizational improvement projects.  Mr. Shapira is the co-founder of ISOM group, an Israeli corporation supplying full chain quality support (quality assurance, inspection and quality control).  Sharon specializes in developing quality solutions that have been implemented successfully in the most advanced companies’ quality assurance systems, including in China.  Mr. Shapira holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, as well as quality engineer certification.

Mr. J. shaked – Founder and Partner
Mr. Shaked is an expert with over 20 years of experience in quality control, organizational and project management, with an emphasis on projects in China.  He was previously the General Director and V. P. of Sales and Marketing for multiple leading Israeli companies.  Mr. Shaked specializes in shifting production from the West to China as well as successfully establishing, operating and controlling organizations and projects (especially in China & Eastern Asia) which deal with Purchasing Services, Import/Export, and Manufacturing.  Mr. Shaked holds an M.B.A. and Bachelor of Science degrees, as well as a Director Certification.

Mr. R. Chen – Front office technical manger                

Mr. Chen is an experienced manager specializing in purchasing, logistics and project control.  With over 20 years of experience, he provides ‘hands-on’ contact with key customers, providing them essential project management services. He was previously the European division manager for KingThink Technologies Ltd.  Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree.


Inspection team          

Founded in 1994, QCin is one of the leading professional quality assurance and quality control service providers in China.  The company provides experienced personnel to design and conduct all aspects of quality control and assurance processes.  QCin ensures that its Inspection personnel are technically competent to promptly and professionally perform all inspection-requested duties as specified.  QCin reserves the right to use appropriate personnel for the inspection as well as subcontractors, as needed.

Each inspector graduated from a university with a related technical background, and is literate in English.  Our special coordinators can support the client in English, and will arrange inspections and provide administrative support; QCin’s technical supervisors will prepare the relevant documents and supervise the inspections. 

Our inspectors have years of quality assurance and quality control experience in supporting clients across China, inspecting a wide range of products including:

• Soft goods
• Hard goods
• Mechanical goods
• Assembled goods

QCin will mail a total inspection report within a 48-hour period after the inspection was performed, which will describe the following: actions directed, actions completed, significant events, problems recognized.  Inspection reports as well as the inspection process and schedule are automatically considered valid and approved if the client does not claim within 7 days of the inspection report date.
