Projects management & Shifting the production from West world to China services: All Project management and shifting production from the West to China service prices will be based on a QCin proposal which will be submitted to the client after analyzing the client’s requirements. Quality assurance, inspection & Quality control services The minimum charge for any out-of-office service (China region) call is one man-day. The Quality assurance, inspection & quality control man-day price is $400 USD. Travel fees will be calculated only after the client details the exact address where service will be preformed in China. QCin is committed to informing the client of travel fees before ordering. All prices are pre-VAT and exclude expenses. Extras • Quality assurance, inspection and quality control expenses: Travel, Hotels, Food, Taxi, Phone, et cetera, will be coordinated with the client prior to ordering. • Quality assurance, inspection and quality control extra hours: $50 per additional hour above 8 hours on-site. • Guidance and Awareness: In case the inspectors need to be guided by the client for inspection or other quality assurance and quality control services, the client will cover all expenses of guiding as well as any man-day fee. • Cancelling services in China: Cancellation submitted less than 3 working days before service will be billed at 0.5 times the man-day rate, while the rate will be 1.0 times the man-day rate if the service is cancelled less than one working day before service. Terms of Payment / Invoicing Invoices are issued upon receipt of client’s order (for Quality assurance, inspection & quality control service and for other services as written in QCin’s proposal). New accounts must be on cash terms until the client’s financial credit has been checked and approved by QCin for credit terms (credit checks will not take more then 60 days if client pays properly). Payment should be sent to: Sharon Shapira, Ben-Gurion airport branch (no. 938), account no. : 11910/39. Invoice issued upon payment receipt. After a client’s credit has been approved, terms of payment may be changed up to 30 days from the invoice date. Credit terms: Invoices are issued upon receipt of services order, and are payable in U.S. Dollars via electronic bank transfer not more then 30 days from the invoice date. No inspection or other quality assurance and quality control services as well as Project management and shifting production from the West to China services, will be provided by QCin unless payment in full was received. |
